Tzabartech was founded in 2003, following the CEO's long time research, design, development and consulting work in the industry, particularly with vehicles, as well as work for national authorities.

The company provides thorough engineering and research support, including design, development and consultation in a wide variety of fields related to vehicle engineering and dynamic systems.

The development process includes the following components:

  • Optimal design that integrates numerical solutions for static and dynamic responses, including displacements and stress distribution. The analysis is conducted by the Final Elements Method (FEM), using global software systems such as ANSYS, SOLID WORK and others.
  • Providing solutions that consider the vehicle a dynamic system of rigid elements - including springs, dampings and vehicle mass.
  • Measurement analysis of time and frequency domain of prototypes for a dynamic structure, vehicle or vehicle part. Measurement and analysis are conducted using computerized engineering measurement systems – both static and dynamic, and with the use of large databases. Over the years, we have acquired advanced multi-channel measurement equipment. This equipment allows us to perform our dynamic measurement analysis in real-time on high frequencies, along with a variety of sensors that measure forces, displacements, stress and strain, accelerations and temperature distribution.

The measurement results are recorded and stored in large databases capable of mathematic processing, according to the specific issue and need.

This type of equipment allows our design and development engineers to assist clients with any of the various engineering applications they may require.

The company management is committed to ensuring the localization of satisfactory design, development, measurement and quality control resources – both standard and unique, in the quantity and quality that will satisfy all of the clients' requirements.
